Sean Cantwell

For as long as he’s known what a radio was, Sean Cantwell has known he’s wanted to be on the air. He has spent the last few years playing with bands in and around the Flint area, and it was a chance musical encounter with Tom Sumner that eventually led to a recurring role on the program as Lapeer’s premier political pundit, and eventually as the show’s emergency fill-in co-host, one of few instances where his insomnia worked in his favor! As news director and associate producer of The Tom Sumner Program, Sean is something of a jack-of-all-trades, helping wrangle guests and handling various technical duties in addition to serving as a third voice on the program.
